Intro to Cosplay Make Up Panel

This panel was first presented at Cabbagecon 2023 in collaboration with UNCGWhovianGirl, and covers the basics of cosplay make up and body paint! We also included recommendations for beauty products, and because this was an Avatar fan convention, a sample make up process for a few of the characters in Avatar the Last Airbender.
